The stunning new property is being unveiled this weekend, Saturday March 25th and Sunday March 26th, at the new rural development on Over Town Lane.

Guests will be offered a complimentary glass of bubbly and canapés during their tour of the spacious four bedroom showhome, open between 10am and 5pm both days.

The showhome was officially opened by local councillor James Gartside and Norden’s own celebrity chef Andrew Nutter, who even took a turn in the kitchen to cook up some delights for guests of a special VIP preview evening.

The launch weekend is highly anticipated by many, including buyers of the first phase of properties which were released for sale off-plan.

Ten of the 42 homes have already sold at this popular development, where more than 300 people have registered their interest in purchasing.

Housebuilder Russell Homes has selected the traditional Cawson style for the first showhome, a four bed detached with breathtaking views of Greenbooth Reservoir below.

One of 10 different housetypes available to purchase at Greenbooth Village, from three to five bedroom, the Cawson has a large open-plan kitchen dining room with French doors leading out into the garden.

The downstairs has a separate lounge to the front, with a traditionally-styled bay window, and a utility room and downstairs WC off the kitchen.

On the first floor, The Cawson has four comfortable double bedrooms. The master bedroom at the front has its own en-suite shower room, while the remaining rooms have access to the large family bathroom which comes complete with contemporary sanitaryware and fittings.

Like each of the houses at Greenbooth Village, the Cawson has a garden, garage and off-street parking, and enjoys incredible views of the reservoir and Pennine moorland beyond.
