Lilly is loving her new home

Lilly the cat and her owners, the Parveen family, are delighted with their new home, having made the move to Norden.

Ghazala Parveen bought a four-bedroom Eccleston at Greenbooth Village. She said her family was settling in nicely, especially Lilly the cat who is enjoying exploring the beautiful surrounding their new home.

Ghazala said: ” I absolutely love my new house, it’s everything I wanted. We were only 10 minutes up the road but I was desperate to move somewhere quieter. I couldn’t find anything as my husband didn’t want to leave Rochdale where his family is, so we were a bit stuck.”

“Then I found Greenbooth Village and as soon as I saw it, I wanted to live here. I love the location, it’s like a different world. We have an amazing view from the back bedroom, the garden is really big and the whole development is lovely.”

The Eccleston is a stunning 4-bedroom detached home with a single detached garage. The ground floor has a spacious lounge and an open plan kitchen/dining and family space occupying the back of the home. Ghazala was also keen to thank our sales team, with whom she has now become fast friends.

She continued: “I can’t speak highly enough of the Sales Manager, Jackie, she’s brilliant. I had frustrating delays with paperwork on my side when we were buying the house and they were so patient. They never put any pressure on me and were so quick to help whenever they could. If we needed anything sorting out, they’d pick up the phone and get on it straight away.”

“I had a great experience buying with Russell Homes and to thank them I’ve had Jackie over to learn some traditional family recipes in my amazing new kitchen.”
