Smithy Bridge Railway Station is less than a mile to the south west of the new build development while Littleborough is a mile to the north east. Both are on the Calder Valley line which makes Rochdale a seven minute ride away, Manchester Victoria around 20 minutes and Leeds about 1 hour 20.
