Brook View Sales Office Launched

The first properties at Brook View, the stunning new sustainable development from Russell Homes in Wincham, have been launched for sale.

We officially opened our Sales Office at the development on New Warrington Road last weekend and welcomed more than 100 visitors to site.

Of the first six properties released for sale, three have been reserved, leaving just three available for immediate reservation.

Registrations of interest have been made on another five houses which are yet to be released for sale, and will be available in later phases of the development, where buyers will be offered the chance to formally reserve them on a ‘first refusal’ basis.

This is a great start for Brook View, which will offer 103 homes for sale in total, many of which will have solar panels. All will also have an electric vehicle charger as standard and both features are already proving extremely popular with buyers.

Jackie Mathison, sales manager for Russell Homes, said: “The Sales Office launch weekend was fantastic, it was so wonderful to welcome guests to site for the first time and talk to them in-depth about the fabulous development we’re building.

“This will be Russell Homes’ most sustainable development to date with vehicle chargers included as standard and solar panels on the majority of homes for sale. These are generating huge interest from people keen to reduce their energy and fuel bills, and do their bit for the environment”

Following the exclusive launch, the Brook View Sales Office will now be open to the public on an appointment only basis. There are no showhomes available to view currently.

“Around a thousand people signed up for information about the development via the website and we wanted to give them the opportunity to see the site before opening to the public. More than 100 of them visited over the weekend and it was great to hear their positive comments about the location and the housetypes we’re offering at Brook View.

“We’ve only released the first six plots for sale but will release more of the first phase over the next few weeks. Obviously I’m thrilled to have three reservations on the opening weekend and I’ve no doubt the remaining three will be snapped up soon.

“We will also continue taking ‘registrations of interest’ for plots which will come later in the development and provide those buyers with first refusal once I can release them for sale.

“It will be important for people who have their heart set on a particular plot or housetype to put their name down as soon as possible to make sure they don’t miss out once it is formally released.”

Brook View will have four different three-bedroom designs, four of the four-bedroom housetypes and a two-bedroom style, all can be viewed on the Russell Homes website.

The six plots released were four of the three-storey Roberts townhouses, priced from £303,995, and two of the double fronted detached Orrells, priced from £312,995, both of which provide three bedrooms.

Having different design styles not only helps to create an attractive streetscene within the development, but also helps to meet individual buyers’ specific requirements added Jackie.

“It was great to see interest in all the different housetype designs, with families tending towards the larger open plan styles with three or four bedrooms and two bathrooms. While singles, couples and downsizers were looking more at the two beds, or three if they work from home and want a separate office or have family regularly visiting.

“The beauty of our designs is that we can provide something for all tastes. There’s fully open plan ground floor layouts and some with a separate kitchen. There’s integral garages and separate garages. And traditional two storey styles with all the bedrooms together on one level, or the contemporary three-storey townhouses providing a top floor master suite away from the hustle and bustle. Everyone has their own priorities and preferences and we try to cater to those as best we can.”
