Covid 19 Ongoing Measures
When visiting our sales offices and show homes, for the safety of our customers and staff we have instigated a number of procedures.
With Covid restrictions being lifted in the UK, Russell Homes will continue with certain measures in order protect our visitors and staff.
We would like to welcome visitors by appointment only.
We would remind guests to be considerate of others and try to maintain a respectful distance while on site, particularly while inside the sales office and show homes.
Visitor guidance
Our offices and show homes remain open on an appointment only basis. This allows visitors to guarantee our sales teams’ undivided attention and avoid having to wait if we’re busy.
Appointments can be made either online or by emailing sales@russellhomes.co.uk
• Visitors are asked not to attend if you or any family members have any symptoms of Covid 19.
• On entering the show home or sales office, hand sanitiser will be available.
• Russell Homes staff will have the authority to cancel any viewings where there are concerns regarding the state of health of any visitor.
