First views of Mill Lodge

Surrounded by stunning views, this is what one buyer will see from the master bedroom of their home here at Greenbooth Village.

The Kershaw, Greenbooth Village, Russell Homes, view

This is the original Mill Lodge, the pond at the top of the hill which supplied water to the mill that once stood on the site.

The Lodge will be visible from some of the larger four and five bedroom properties at the northern end of the development. These homes will benefit from views from almost every angle, with Greenbooth Reservoir and the Pennine moors to one side, and the Lodge at the other.

Water will once again flow from the Lodge to the reservoir with a new stream winding its way through the site, creating an attractive feature for residents and an important wildlife habitat. The stream will then empty into Greenbooth Reservoir via a new waterfall which is being installed at the edge of the development.

This view is from one of The Kershaw housetypes, a spacious five bedroom detached home with an integral double garage. There are five Kershaws on the development. One is already sold, two are currently available for purchase, and two have not yet been released for sale.
