Lilly is loving her new home
Lilly the cat, and her owners the Parveen family, are delighted with their new home having made the move to Greenbooth Village.
Ghazala Parveen bought a four bedroomEccleston at Greenbooth Village. She said the family was settling in nicely, especially Lilly the cat who is enjoying exploring the beautiful countryside around their new home.
Ghazala said: “I absolutely love my new house, it’s everything I wanted. “We were only 10 minutes up the road but I was desperate to move somewhere quieter. But I just couldn’t find anything as my husband really didn’t want to leave Rochdale where his family is, so we were a bit stuck.
“Then I found Greenbooth Village, as soon as I saw it I wanted to live here.
“I love the location, it’s like a different world. We have an amazing view from the back bedroom, the garden is really big, and the whole development is lovely.
“I totally fell in love with the Eccleston, the open plan kitchen is fantastic to have everyone together, and having separate lounge and a separate study means we’ve got our own space when we need it.
“With four bedrooms, it’s big enough for my husband and I and our three children, but it’s also really cozy. I can still chat to them in the other room and call them down for dinner from their rooms, that’s very important for me.”
Ghazala was also keen to thank the Russell Homes sales team, with whom she has now become fast friends.
She said: “I can’t speak highly enough of the sales consultants Jackie and Gill, they’re brilliant. I had frustrating delays with the paper work on my side when we were buying the house, and they were so patient.
“They never put any pressure on me and were so quick to help whenever they could. If we needed anything sorting out they’d pick up the phone and get on it straight away.
“I had a great experience buying from Russell Homes and to thank them I’ve had Jackie and Gill over to learn some traditional family recipes in my amazing new kitchen.
“I really do love it here, even the cat loves it. We’re staying forever.”
