Sales launch at Stubley Meadows
The first new homes have been released for sale at Russell Homes’ latest new development in Littleborough, Rochdale.
Stubley Meadows will comprise 100 new two, three and four bedroom detached and semi-detached houses, with 12 different housetypes offering buyers a choice of layouts.
Each will have off-street parking and a garage, and all will be set in beautifully landscaped surroundings.
While Stubley Meadows is a semi rural development, it is incredibly well located for local and regional travel, with two train stations within walking distance - Smithy Bridge and Littleborough - and the local motorway network providing easy access to Rochdale, Manchester, Leeds and beyond.
Construction work is already underway and the first homes are expected to complete by Spring 2021.
Russell Homes last week launched first few homes to the market, and three were reserved almost immediately.
With more than 500 enquiries already registered, the developer is confident of strong sales.
Russell Homes marketing manager Paul Bradley said: “Littleborough is a lovely little town beautifully located on the edge of rural Lancashire.
“It has a wealth of good schools, lots of shops and restaurants on the doorstep, and all the amenities of Rochdale and Manchester on hand thanks to Littleborough’s train station being just a short three-minute drive from Stubley Meadows.
“We’ve already had more than 500 sales enquiries and expect Stubley Meadows will be particularly popular with families wanting to make the most of the local amenities and countryside activities, with amazing facilities like Hollingworth Lake just 10 minutes’ away by car.”
