Winter 'warmer' at Greenbooth Village
Mulled wine and mince pies at special late openings
Visitors are invited to enjoy a glass of mulled wine and a mince pie or two over the festive season at Greenbooth Village in Norden.
The Russell Homes sales team is hosting three late openings on Thursdays throughout December, catering for those who find it difficult to get to site during the working week or on the weekend.
The sales office will be open until 7pm on Thursday December 1st, 8th and 15th, with sales consultants Jackie and Gill on hand to pour the wine and answer any questions buyers may have about the development.
Guests will be able to view the site map and floorplans, and find out more about the 10 different housetypes being built as part of this stunning new development.
Jackie Matheson, Greenbooth Village sales consultant, said: “The run up to Christmas is a busy time for many, so we’re staying open for a couple of extra hours on Thursday evenings to make it easier for those who work or are unable to make it over the weekend. As the nights have now well and truly drawn in, we’ll also be serving up some ‘winter warmers’ in the sale office as an extra special welcome.”
All visitors to the special events* will be entered into a prize draw to win a Christmas Turkey from Norden’s very own Wildblood’s butcher, with the winner announced on Friday, December 16th. Please RSVP to Sales@RussellHomes.co.uk or just drop in on the day.
Greenbooth Village is a development of 42 new homes, currently under construction at Over Town Lane in the hills above Norden. The site enjoys a stunning location, overlooking the picturesque Greenbooth Reservoir and the Pennine mountains beyond.
