Russell Homes shortlisted for two awards
Bower Brook Gardens and Greenbooth Village have both been shortlisted for the North West Business Insider Residential Awards.
Greenbooth Village in Norden is up for Small Housing Development of the Year (under 100 homes) and Bower Brook Gardens in Widnes is shortlisted for Best Public Private Partnership of the Year.
Greenbooth Village is a development of just 42 houses with stunning views of the Pennine hills and overlooking the beautiful Greenbooth Reservoir. The houses are finished in a natural stone, similar to the traditional cottages in the village, set around a delightful stream which links the old mill lodge at the top of the site with the reservoir below.
Bower Brook Gardens is a 185 property project being delivered in partnership with Halton Housing Trust. A true mixed-tenure scheme, the development is transforming a large part of south Halton with new family homes for sale, rent and shared ownership.
Andrew Russell, director of Russell Homes, said: “We are delighted to have been shortlisted in two categories for two of our developments. We are proud of the homes that we have built at both Greenbooth Village and Bower Brook Gardens and the developments we have created. Both have proved to be extremely popular with buyers, with Bower Brook selling out within a year and Greenbooth now almost 60 per cent sold before building is even complete.
“The whole team deserves to take credit for the success of these developments, and for the recognition they have received by making this shortlist.”
