Save the Date: Brook View Show Home Launch

Two beautiful show homes will officially be open for visitors at our new Brook View development in Wincham at the end of January 2023.

The stunning show homes will be available to view at the end of January. The first of these is one of the impressive Roberts housetypes while the second is our delightful double-fronted four-bedroom Turner, both offer ample living space over three floors.

Anyone who has registered their interest in the development or requested a brochure and members of the public are invited to come for a look around on Saturday January 28th and Sunday January 29th.

Official Opening

You can simply drop by anytime between 10am to 4pm or book your slot by emailing sales@russellhomes.co.uk

Throughout the launch weekend, our sales manager Jackie will be available from 10am to 4pm to answer your questions and arrange reservations.

We’ll also be offering complimentary coffee and pastries to all guests as we celebrate the official opening of our beautiful show homes.

Visitors will also be able to enjoy a free initial consultation with an Independent Financial Advisor on the day, to find out more about the best mortgages available on the market.

Brook View: Attractive Sustainable Development

The superb Brook View development offers buyers a choice of nine different house types, including a range of two, three and four bedroom homes ideal for families, couples, first time buyers and downsizers alike.

Set within a large parkland in the heart of rural Cheshire, the development sits on the border of Wincham and Northwich and is within easy commuting distance to Manchester, Chester and Liverpool.

The show homes will then be available for viewing Thursday to Monday each week throughout 2023, or by special appointment.
