The Roberts is the second show home to be revealed at Brook View in Wincham.

One of two beautiful show homes to view at Brook View, is the Roberts. A large three-bedroom, semi-detached home spread across 2.5 storeys with an impressive main bedroom occupying the whole second floor.

Interior designer, Gemma Schofield, managing director of the show home specialist Lifestyle Interiors, had a very clear vision for this stunning home.

“As the Roberts is a two and a half storey townhouse, we had a younger demographic in mind and designed a scheme to appeal to a young family and first-time buyers.”

Creating a fantastic family living space, the ground floor has a totally open plan layout, with the kitchen to the front and plenty of room for the dining table and lounge area to the back. This space features french doors that open out into the garden.

“The ground floor is a large open plan space so we wanted to create distinct areas to show prospective buyers how they could potentially arrange the rooms themselves. We installed a full height slatted divider between the sofa and the dining bench. As it’s open plan, the timber articulated the two different spaces without closing either off or making the room feel small.”

“The curved dining bench upholstered in burnt orange velvet makes a nice feature and has a sociable feel to it; it also offers more seating around the table than dining chairs would.”

“We included rich pops of colour like burnt orange and terracotta which contrast softer shades of blue and blush. Black furniture finishes and metals also add lots of depth to the scheme and are spot on trend.”

On the first floor are two good-sized double bedrooms which share a family bathroom with a shower over the bath as standard. The main bedroom then spans the whole of the top floor, providing ample storage and its own handy en suite.

“I love that the Roberts main bedroom is on its own, on the second floor. This is somewhere you can take yourself off from the hustle and bustle of the rest of the home and I wanted to enhance this idea with a softer colour palette to create a more tranquil space.”

The Roberts is complete with a driveway for 2 cars.
