Our process

Once you have made the exciting decision to reserve your brand new Russell Home, our sales team can offer you someone from our panel of solicitors who will work best with you on the sale of your property, if you wish.

If you appoint one of our recommended solicitor, the contract papers will be sent to them within 2 working days from the point of your reservation. Once they are in receipt of your contract papers, they will see if there are any enquiries to be made to meet your exchange date. This process is made much easier as our recommended solicitors know the process to take you through to a swift exchange and completion.

Meanwhile, in the background they are constantly working hard on your behalf getting the completion ready for you to achieve your move in date and they will keep you updated as we go along in the process.

Panel of Brokers

Our sales team can provide you with approved independent financial advisors (IFA), if you make the choice to use one. The IFA will be able to assess your requirements and provide bespoke advice on which mortgage and lending provider will be best for you.

As this IFA is completely independent of Russell Homes, they cannot provide biased advice on financial matters.
