Brook View provides a natural sanctuary for Justine

Justine Maxted knew Brook View in Wincham was for her from the moment she pulled up outside our sales office.

With her heart firmly set on buying a new build, and having already looked around some other developments, Justine instinctively knew Brook View was the place she wanted to call home.

“I just didn’t get a feel for any of the properties I’d already seen, but the moment I drove up to the sales office at Brook View, I instantly got a warm feeling. I loved the Cheshire brick that has been used in the build, which made the development quite unique and set it apart from the rest.” she explains.

However, while Justine may have made one of the biggest decisions, deciding which development to move to, she had another, equally-important decision to make – deciding on which type of property she preferred. Both, the 3-storey Roberts and the semi-detached Harper, Justine was deciding between, had been built using distinctive Cheshire brick and both featured three bedrooms. But in the end, it was the Harper that swung it for Justine because of how open plan the living space is.

“I absolutely love it. The open plan makes it great for entertaining because there aren’t separate rooms, plus the design makes the ground floor space feel really big.”

Properties aside, it’s not just the individually-designed homes that makes Brook View so special. The entire development is surrounded by lush green fields and the tree-lined Wincham Brook, providing residents, Justine included, with their ideal home set against the backdrop of a stunning and peaceful location.

“I particularly chose my plot due to the trees and fields at the back of it. The fact that I’m not overlooked is priceless.”

She continues: “My favourite area is the lounge – I can sit with the patio doors wide open and listen to all of the birds in the trees.”

Once she’d got the keys, Justine quickly set to work on really putting her mark on her home, which included kitting it out with brand new matching furniture and turning the storage cupboard in the third bedroom into a wardrobe. She also had new vinyl flooring fitted downstairs and in the bathroom, as well as plush new carpet all the way up the stairs, on the landing and in all three bedrooms.

From the second she first set eyes on Brook View, Justine knew she had to live there. Everything fell into place for her, from choosing a design that perfectly suited her lifestyle, to finding an idyllic plot with a green outlook and open plan living downstairs. It’s safe to say Brook View has ticked all of her boxes.

Justine also found the buying process extremely straightforward too and managed to move into her dream home within 16 weeks of falling in love with it.

“I was confident of a high-end finish by choosing such a reliable builder. The sales team made it so easy, they were amazing and kept me updated with every step.”

There are just four homes left on our stunning Brook View development. If you would like to follow in Justine’s footsteps, call our sales team on 01606 516 511 or email the team on brookview@russellhomes.co.uk
