Our 2.5 storey Roberts was the perfect place for Alex and her children to settle down.

Alex fell in love with plot 1, The Roberts, at our Brook View development in Wincham, in October last year. After searching in the area for a few months, Alex decided that The Roberts was the perfect house type for her.

Set across 2.5 storeys, The Roberts offers 3 bedrooms with an impressive main bedroom occupying the full second floor. Focused on open plan living, the kitchen, diner and living room spans the ground floor, with french doors to the rear garden.

Alex’s son (19) and her daughter (18) live with her, alongside her 2 dogs, Cookie and Toffee. Plot 1 worked perfectly for Alex’s energetic dogs too, with the private driveway ensuring the dogs didn’t dash out straight onto a main road.

Alex said: “We are a 3 car family, so parking was really important and something I didn’t need to compromise on. We love the outdoors, so a good-sized garden and views, were all important factors.”

Alex wanted to style her garden similarly to her previous home. The Roberts gave her all the space she needed to add her garden furniture, water feature and raised plant beds. Alex has since added some fairy lights for the summer evenings spent in her sunny south east facing garden.

“The location is the gift that keeps on giving. We love walking to Marbury Park, and we take the dogs to The [Neumann’s] Flashes, over the road, every day. Northwich is minutes away but equally we feel very rural.”
