A completed community at Brook View

Our popular Brook View development in Wincham has reached a major milestone – every single home has been sold.

What’s more, the keys to all 103 new build homes have been handed over to all of the new owners, who not only have the pleasure of making their mark on their new home, but exploring all of the wonderful things Brook View has to offer.

Something for everyone

Set back from the main road and surrounded by open fields, this development dedicates more than half of its space to public open areas. It features a welcoming green gateway, two play areas and is conveniently located close to local amenities and transport links, truly offering something for everyone.

For Justine, it was the distinctive Cheshire-inspired brick that first caught her eye and the peaceful location with its stunning views that really stole her heart.

Meanwhile, Alex knew that Plot 1 was the perfect place for her to raise her family, including two dogs, due to its open plan living, ample parking and local dog walks.

The semi-rural location and parking also appealed to downsizers, Jenny and Keith. The bright and generous room sizes in their new home were major plus points for the couple.

Underpinned by a sustainability-driven focus and industry-leading green-led design, Brook View has become the blueprint for our developments going forward. It’s the first of our developments to incorporate PV solar panels to more than half of the homes we sell, alongside electric vehicle charging points to every home, as standard. In fact, Brook View’s sustainability credentials are so pioneering, the development has been awarded a NextGeneration Silver Status award for exceeding mandatory eco standards.

In between all those milestones, we also hosted several community-focused events at the development, including Christmas tree competitions, a New Year New Home event, Easter and summer events, all helping us raise money for our partner charity, Springhill Hospice.
